Subject	ABS/HICAS and no pwr steering

Message	I done the search, but can't find many solutions. Originally my ABS light was just coming on when I hit the brakes HARD. Eventually the fuse by the pedal blew and consistently blows when I start car. ABS/HICAS light are on (not sure if they are related) and I have no power steering. Sounds like a short, but I can't find my factory manual. Where to start? I thought perhaps my battery slid forward under hard braking and pinched something.
